This simple yogurt bowl is one of our favourite quick energy boosts at home. It is fresh, colourful, and easy to prepare, with creamy yogurt, sweet berries, crunchy nuts, Omega-3 seeds, and a little honey on top.
Yogurt
Raspberries
Blueberries
Blackberries or strawberries
Walnuts or other nuts
Omega-3 seed mix
Honey

Spoon some yogurt into a small bowl. Use enough to make a light breakfast, snack, or quick energy boost.

Top the yogurt with your favourite berries. You can use raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or a mix of what you have at home.

Add some nuts for crunch. I used walnuts here, but you can also use almonds, pecans, or any nuts you like.

Sprinkle a small spoonful of seeds over the fruit and yogurt. We often use an Omega-3 seed mix at home.

Finish with a little honey on top. Serve straight away while the fruit is fresh and the nuts are still crunchy.
