A rich and comforing seafood pasta with prawns, mussels, garlic, tomato sause, and fresh parsley.

Boil salted water. Cook the pasta until al dente. Save some pasta water, then drain.|

Clean the prawns and mussels. Discard any open mussels thatdo not close when tapped.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook the garlic for 30 seconds. Addtomatoes. Add prawns and mussels. Cover and cook for 4–5minutes.

Add the pasta to the pan. Pour in a little pasta water and tosswell.

Add salt and black pepper. Top with parsley or chili flakes.Serve hot.
