This mango, peach and passion fruit yogurt bowl is fresh, colourful and full of summer flavour. It is a simple no-cook recipe made with creamy yogurt, sweet fruit, a little crunch from nuts and oats, and a bright spoonful of passion fruit on top. It is perfect for warm days, a quick breakfast, or a gentle afternoon snack. The mango and peach bring soft sweetness, the kiwi adds a fresh green colour, and the passion fruit gives the bowl a light tropical taste. This Angelina Studio version keeps the ingredients simple and natural, with no granola and no heavy topping.

Ingredients

  • 300 g plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 peach, washed and sliced or diced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 passion fruits, halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1–2 teaspoons omega-3 seeds

Prepare the fruit

Wash the peach and kiwi. Peel the mango, then cut the mango, peach and kiwi into small pieces. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

Add the yogurt

Spoon the yogurt into two small bowls. Smooth the surface gently with the back of a spoon.

Add the fruit

Place the mango, peach and kiwi on top of the yogurt. Arrange the fruit in small sections so the colours look bright and fresh.

Add the toppings

Sprinkle the chopped nuts, oats and omega-3 seeds over the fruit and yogurt. Use just a small amount, so the bowl stays light and fresh.

Finish with passion fruit

Spoon the passion fruit pulp over the top. Serve straight away while the fruit is fresh and the yogurt is cold.
