A juicy homemade cheeseburger made with fresh ingredients, crispy vegetables, and a perfectly grilled beef patty — simple comfort food for any day.

Wash and slice the tomato and red onion. Prepare the lettuce and burger sauce. Cut the burger buns in half.

Season the beef patties with salt and black pepper. Cook them in a hot pan for about 3–4 minutes on each side until nicely browned.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Let the cheese melt gently.

Lightly butter the burger buns and toast them in a pan until golden and warm.

Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and the beef patty to the bun. Spread the sauce on top and close the burger. Serve immediately.
