After cancer treatment, walking became my favorite form of exercise.
Before surgery, I loved playing tennis. But after my lymph nodes were removed, I realized that fast sports were no longer suitable for me. Quick movements and sudden reactions felt uncomfortable for my arm, and I didn't want to risk injury.
Instead, I discovered the quiet joy of walking.
On days when the weather is nice, I like to walk outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. I usually try to reach about 8,000 steps a day. Walking helps me relax, clear my mind, and slowly rebuild my strength.
