
A rich and comforing seafood pasta with prawns, mussels, garlic, tomato sause, and fresh parsley.
Boil salted water. Cook the pasta until al dente. Save some pasta water, then drain.

Clean the prawns and mussels. Discard any open mussels that do not close when tapped.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook the garlic for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes. Add prawns and mussels. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes.

Add the pasta to the pan. Pour in a little pasta water and toss well.

Top with parsley or chili flakes. Serve hot.
